RETURN POLICY for the SMART CAT BOX
1. We DO NOT accept returns if the Smart Cat Box has been used.
2. We can not accept returns if you have had the Smart Cat Box for over 1 month.
3. We DO NOT accept returns of used litter.
4. We accept returns if the delivery carton has not been opened and returned within one month.
5. We accept returns if the carton has been opened and the Smart Cat Box has NOT been used and is returned within one month.
6. We accept returns of unopened bags of litter within one month.

RESTOCKING FEES:
1. There is a $5.00 restocking fee for unopened cartons.
2. There is a $12.00 restocking fee for Smart Cat Box Starter Kits
3. There is a $15.00 restocking fee for Smart Cat Box Value Paks
